RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Supplements, waist trainers and accessories. You have 15 days from delivery to return your order, as long as it's unopened and unused, in its original packaging.

• Not returnable: opened supplements (food safety), worn or washed waist trainers, and clearance items.
• Wrong waist trainer size: we'll exchange it within the same 15 days, unworn and in its packaging.
• Damaged, defective or not what you ordered: email us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it or refund you. In that case, we cover shipping.
• Changed your mind: return shipping is on you, and the original shipping isn't refunded.

How to ask. Email info@yarishnaayalafitness.com with the subject "Return – Order #[your number]". We'll reply with the instructions and the return address.

When you get your money. Once we receive and check the product, we refund you within 5 business days, to the same card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 more business days to show.

Programs, Challenge and coaching. Because access is immediate, once you receive it the sale is final: no refunds, exchanges or transfers. If your access didn't arrive or you can't log in, message us and we'll fix it.

Club Yarishna ($9.99/month). It renews automatically every month. You can cancel anytime from "My Club" and you won't be charged again. Charges already made aren't refunded.
