Do I Need a Gym Membership?
No. Your plan is built around your situation. Whether you train at home, at the gym, or a combination of both, we'll create a program that works for you.
What Happens If I Travel?
Yes. For short trips, we'll adjust your training and nutrition plan so you can stay on track. Longer pauses can be coordinated directly with Yarishna to ensure you don't lose momentum.
What If My Goals Change?
That's completely normal. Your plan evolves with you. We make adjustments throughout the process to ensure your training and nutrition continue supporting your current goals.
How Much Time Will I Need Each Week?
